One account per person. You are responsible for what happens on yours, so keep the password to yourself — if someone else uses it, that is still your account doing it.

You need a working email address, because that is how we confirm it is you and how you get back in when you forget the password.

Thirteen, to have an account at all. Eighteen, for the 18+ servers, which are gated on the date of birth you gave us and are never the default.

Lying about your age to get into an adult server, or helping someone else do it, is a permanent ban — see the community rules, which are part of these terms.

Bunny Town is free. Supporter tiers buy you more room — more bunnies, more of your family kept, more colours — and they are how the servers get paid for. They do not buy an advantage over anyone.

A Patreon pledge grants supporter time each month it is charged. A Steam purchase grants thirty days once. Time is added to whatever you already have rather than replacing it, and a higher tier is never replaced by a lower one.

Payments are taken by Patreon or Steam, not by us, so refunds go through them under their terms. If a refund happens the matching supporter time is removed.

Your bunnies, your family and your burrow are yours to enjoy inside the game. They are not property, they cannot be sold, and they do not transfer anywhere — including to us. If the game ends they end with it.

The art, the code and the name are ours. Screenshots and videos of your own bunnies are entirely welcome.

Breaking the community rules can get you suspended or banned, and a ban takes whatever was on the account with it, including supporter time. Serious things — grooming, threats, anything involving a child — are reported to the authorities as well.

If you think a ban was wrong, email hello@bunny-town.com and a person will look at it.

Servers restart, features arrive and occasionally leave, and balance changes. We will not take away something you paid for without saying so first, but the game you play in a year will not be identical to this one.

Bunny Town is provided as it is. We do our best to keep it up and your family safe, but we cannot promise it will never go down or never lose data, and we are not liable for what you miss while it is down.
